Message depends on which rod bolts/studs you have. If you are using aftermarket rods with ARP 2000 rod bolts typically its 45ftlbs with molly (Eagles/SCAT) and 50ftlbs with oil (Pauter)

Main studs - 75ftlbs w/ Moly

Head studs - (95ft lbs with oil on block end and moly on head end) Tq in 2 stages. Start at 50ftlbs and tq all the studs down. The again at 95ft lbs. Be sure to not bottom out the head studs in the deck, also you must retain the stock hardened head washers in conjunction with using the ARP washers as well. Ensure moly lube is coated on all wear surfaces (threads on studs and nuts, under and on top of washers)

Good luck
